Project Instructions
Apply tissue paper to doll with Mod Podge® glitter, let dry.
Add lace trim to bottom of doll.
Tie ribbon around waist of doll.
Dry brush paint on accent star, bracelet, necklace and tiara that comes on the doll. Let dry.
