Project Instructions
Place small amount of pink and white paint on pallet paper.
Paint inside of vase, and let dry.
Use double-stick tape to add black ribbon around center of vase.
Add zebra ribbon on top of black.
Glue tulle flower to center of ribbons.
Fill vase with glass gems as filler to hold bouquet.
