On a head pin, string a bead. Make the first half of a wrapped loop. On a head pin, string a spacer and a bead. Make the first half of a wrapped loop. Make 12 to 16 bead units and six to eight spacer-and-bead units.
On a head pin, string a top-drilled crystal. Make a right-angle bend in back of the crystal. Make the first half of a wrapped loop. Make two top-drilled units.
Open a jump ring and attach one loop of a clasp. Close the jump ring. Attach a jump ring to each loop on both halves of the clasp.
Cut three 6-8" (15-20 cm) pieces of chain. Use a jump ring to attach a chain and a jump ring on one half of the clasp. Repeat with the remaining chains.
Attach a top-drilled unit to a link of chain and complete the wraps. Attach eight to ten bead units to the chain, completing the wraps as you go.
Attach the remaining bead units to the other chains.
Attach a jump ring to a link of the first chain. Use another jump ring to attach the first jump ring to a link of the second chain. Use six pairs of jump rings to attach the first and second chains and six pairs of jump rings to attach the second and third chains.
Use jump rings to attach the end link of each chain and the jump rings on the other half of the clasp.
