Material List
- Recollections™ Paper Pad, 12"x12"
- Recollections™ Adhesive Runner
- Styrofoam® Wreath
- Low Heat Glue Gun and Glue Sticks
- Ribbon (Optional)
Project Instructions
Cut paper into 6" x 6" squares.
Roll paper into cones and secure with adhesive tape.
Glue into Styrofoam® wreath.
Embellish with ribbon or picks as desired.
