Material List
- Decorative Paper of choice (we used red dot)
- Poster Board
- Black Ribbon
- Rhinestone Pendant
- Twinkle Chipboard Frame
- Shimmer Number Stickers
- Craft Boas: Black, Red
- Tacky Tape
- Pop Dots®
- Glue Gun & Glue Sticks (for adult use only)
- Scissors
Project Instructions
Step: 1
Trace pattern onto poster board and decorative paper; cut out. Secure paper to poster board with tacky tape.
Step: 2
Fold patterned poster board to form hat shape; secure with tacky tape and glue.
Step: 3
Wrap ribbon around hat as shown; secure with glue.
Step: 4
Glue rhinestone pendent to hat as shown.
Step: 5
Attach chipboard frame to hat with pop dots. Embellish frame with shimmer stickers.
Step: 6
Twist boas together, wrap around hat and secure with tacky tape and glue. Glue a puff of boa to top of hat as shown.
Tips
Use photo as a guide and follow manufacturer’s instructions for all products used.
For extra strength, double stick tape poster board to back of hat pattern - this makes the hats more durable.
