- Poster Board
- Pencil
- Terrifically Tacky Tape
- Glue Gun & Glue Sticks (adult use only)

- Chrysanthemum Embellishment
- Ribbon of choice
- Pop Dots™
- Celebrate Embellishment
- Black/Silver Boa
- Scissors
Project Instructions
Step: 1
Trace hat pattern onto decorative paper and poster board, cut out.
Step: 2
Secure paper to poster board with tacky tape.
Step: 3
Fold pattern to form hat shape and secure with tacky tape and glue.
Step: 4
Glue feather plume to top of hat as shown.
Step: 5
Glue chrysanthemum to plume as shown.
Step: 6
Cut ribbon to form banner, secure to hat with pop dot.
Step: 7
Embellish banner with Celebrate embellishment.
Step: 8
Cut boa to fit around hat, secure with tacky tape/glue.
Tips
Use photo as a guide and follow manufacturer’s instructions for all products used.
For extra strength, double stick tape poster board to back of hat pattern - this makes the hats more durable.
