Project Instructions
Separate the back and glass from frame, set aside.
Adhere wide ribbon onto mat of frame, as shown, with Recollections™ Tacky Tape
Put frame back together
Thread clear pony beads on narrow ribbon, spacing approximately 1" apart. Adhere to outside of frame as shown.
