Cut a strip to size listed in your project instructions using rotary cutter. Here we've used 8"x¾" wide strips cut with the scallop insert.
Gently holding one end with hand and guiding strip with other hand, begin rolling from other end to form a center circle.
Continue wrapping around in a circular shape.
You can stop with a small flower using one strip.
Create a larger flower by adding a second strip. Brush ¼" on the end of strip (shiny side) with water to attach to the end of the original flower.
Continue wrapping as before to create a larger ribbon rose.
