Material List

  • 4" Clay Pot
  • Decorator Moss
  • 3" Styrofoam Ball
  • 5" Styrofoam Ball
  • Dowel Rod
  • Ribbon - Green
  • Ribbon - Grosgrain, Sheer, Pattern and/or Color of Choice
  • Floral Pins
  • Low Heat Glue Gun & Glue
  • Scissors

Project Instructions

Push dowel rod into 5" stryofoam ball and pull out.

Wrap green ribbon around dowel rod until covered completely. Set aside.

Cut ribbons to 4¼". Several pieces are needed to completely cover ball.

Take each ribbon piece and create a loop and push into styrofoam ball with floral pins. Repeat until ball is covered.

Fill hole that was made with the dowel rod with hot glue and insert ribbon covered dowel.

Tie extra ribbon under topiary and trim, leaving a long tail as shown.

Push other end of dowel into 3" stryofoam ball and pull out. Fill hole with hot glue and re-insert.

Glue into clay pot.

Cover 3" stryofoam ball with moss and secure with glue.
