Step: 1

Cut out patterns. Tape guitar shape together where shown.

Step: 2

Pin guitar pattern onto a double layer of pink felt. Cut out. Remove pattern then pin felt together. Sew a scant ½” seam around outside edge leaving top open.

Step: 3

Use computer to print out desired size and font of letter needed. Cut out letter.

Step: 4

Layer two pieces of black felt. Pin guitar strap pattern to felt and cut out. Use Fabric Fusion™ to glue the two pieces together.

Step: 5

Pin and cut out remaining pieces following pattern for color and number of pieces needed.

Step: 6

For metal pieces, unroll metal sheeting then use pencil to lightly trace around oval and letter. Use scissors to cut out pieces.

Step: 7

Using Fabric Fusion™, glue white felt piece in center of guitar then center and glue black felt piece in place on white felt. Glue guitar strap in place at top of stocking where shown.

Step: 8

Working in short sections at a time, apply a thin bead of Fabric Fusion™ next to edge of white felt starting and stopping where metal will cover cut ends. Press silver cording into glue then trim ends to fit.

Step: 9

Cording will be used to create guitar strings on handle. Draw a thin bead of Fabric Fusion™ for each string as shown, then press cording into place. Add strings to center of stocking as well. Refer to photo.

Step: 10

Glue animal print star in place. Refer to photo.

Step: 11

Add a dot of glue to back of each button then press in place at ends of cording.

Step: 12

Place two layers of scrap felt together. Lay metal over on top then use stylus, included with metal, to write name. Remove from felt and flatten edges if needed. Glue oval and initial in place with Fabric Fusion™ where shown.
