Project Instructions
Step: 1
Use computer to create and print desired message on label.
Step: 2
Cut a rectangle from patterned cardstock, slightly bigger than label to create a decorative border. Adhere label centered on cardstock. Punch hole on left end of tag, centered.
Step: 3
Fill bag with candies or treats, thread ribbon through hole in tag and tie into a knot. Tie ribbon around bag to close.
