Material List
- Elmer's® Washable School Glue™
- Elmer’s® Swirl Glitter Glue
- Elmer's® Mini Foam Display Board™
- Natural Sand (or Colored Sand)
- Newspaper
- Pencil
Project Instructions
Step 1 Sketch a scene on a piece of foam board with a pencil.
Step 2 Cover a flat surface with newspaper, and place the foam board on it.
Step 3 Trace over the drawing with glue. If you are working with colored sand, use Elmer's® Washable School Glue™. Trace over only the lines in the drawing that will be the same color. For example, start with all of the lines that will be blue. If you are working with natural sand, trace over the drawing with Elmer's® Swirl Glitter Glue. Sprinkle sand over the drawing all at once. Then, shake off the excess.
Step 4 Let the glue or paint dry completely. Hang up your artwork to be admired!
