Roll out cookie dough 1/8" thick and use largest heart cutter from nesting cutter set to cut cookies. Bake and cool.
Tint a portion of Royal Icing - Rose and a portion Christmas Red.
Use tip 104 and Rose Royal Icing to pipe a ruffle around top edges of cookie.
Use tip 5 and Red Royal Icing to print message.
