Project Instructions

Punch out 24 scallop circles from different, but complementary, scrapbook paper.

Fold in half, fronts to the inside, matching the scallops and adhere the backs to one another using the tape runner.

After half of the circles are adhered together, glue a loop at the top and a tassel at the bottom, using hot glue on the back side of the ball half.

Continue with the rest of the scallop circles until the ball is complete.

To make the tassel, wrap ribbon around your fingers several times and tie at the top. Cut the loops open at the bottom to make the tassel.
