Project Instructions

Note: Allow to dry between steps.

Tear scrapbook paper into small pieces. Paint coat of Americana Decoupage over entire surface to be covered.

Arrange torn paper pieces on top of painted surface, adding additional Americana Decoupage to glue pieces into place.

Paint additional coat of Decoupage over entire surface.

Mark off ½" border around outside edge of frame and basecoat Snow White.

Mark off ¼" sections all around outside edge of frame and paint every other section Lamp Black.

Transfer pattern to bottom area of frame and basecoat Lamp Black.

Transfer bat at top of frame and basecoat Lamp Black.

Referring to photo for placement, paint eyes with large dip dot of Snow White, followed with Sour Apple, then with small dip dot of Lamp Black.

Apply one additional coat of Americana Decoupage overentire finished piece.
