- Ribbon – Style of Choice
- Recollections™ Tape Runner
- X-ACTO® Knife
Project Instructions
Step 1 Use tape runner on mat, all along edges, inside and out.
Step 2 Lay paper over mat, smooth and cut around edges with X-ACTO® knife.
Step 3 Lay ribbon flat and run down length of ribbon using adhesive runner.
Step 4 Apply ribbon as shown.
