- Cardstock – White
- Martha Student Crafts™ Stencil
- Acrylic Paint – Blue
- Foam Brush
- Punch – 3" Circle
- Glue Dots®
Project Instructions
Step 1 Order custom frame with coordinating mat.
Step 2 Stencil anchor design on cardstock using blue paint and foam brush, then allow to dry.
Step 3 Using 3" circle punch, cut circle out of cardstock.
Step 4 Attach circle to bottom center of custom frame.
