Use kraft cardstock for the base of the scrapbook page.
Create a paper ruffle using pink pattern paper. Cut paper into 1½-inch squares, fold ¼-inch under on both sides, trim bottom with pinking shears, and tint edges with rouge ink.
Cut a 10-inch strip of green pattern paper and tint the edges with green ink. Glue “ruffles” in a layered pattern along the bottom of the strip. Glue strip with ruffles to the page.
Add photographs to page.
Stamp the title using rouge and violet inks.
Stamp “love you” below the ruffle using jet black ink. Stamp part of a frame image near the bottom left corner using jet black ink. Add the date using rouge ink.
Stamp a frame on white cardstock using rouge ink and cut it to shape. Stamp the Little Chickadee image in the center of the frame with jet black ink. Stamp the chickadee again on a scrap piece of yellow pattern paper. Cut out the chickadee’s body and glue it on top of the first stamping. Glue the frame near the bottom of the page.
Cut three cloud shapes from Kraft cardstock and paint with parchment paint. Allow to dry thoroughly, then add a layer of crackle medium. Finally, paint with wicker white paint. Tint the edges of the clouds with brown ink. Glue one to the page and attach the other two with foam adhesive.
Cut three small strips from blue pattern paper and tint the edges with blue ink. Stamp “hugs & kisses” on one of the strips. Glue the strips to the page.
Stamp a frame image on yellow pattern paper and cut it to shape. Cut the frame in half and glue it to the page.
Use photo as a guide and follow manufacturer’s instructions for all products used.
Heat set the inks to prevent smearing and fading.
