Project Instructions

Step 1 String 1 6mm faceted gold plated glass rounds, 1 6mm step faceted green luster glass, 1 6mm faceted gold plated glass rounds, 3 6mm step faceted green luster glass and 1 6mm faceted gold plated glass rounds, 1 6mm step faceted green luster glass, 3 6mm faceted gold plated glass rounds, 1 6mm step faceted green luster glass, and 1 6mm faceted gold plated glass rounds onto beading wire. String 1 crimp cover and 1 crimp bead. Pass the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp cover creating a small loop above crimp bead. Crimp tube and trim excess wires. Close crimp cover over crimp bead. Cut other end of beading wire from spool and repeat the crimp cover and crimp bead closure step.

Step 2 Repeat step 1 three more times. You will have 4 total strands of this same sequence.

Step 3 String 1 6mm faceted gold plated glass rounds, 1 6mm step faceted green luster glass, 3 6mm faceted gold plated glass rounds, 1 6mm step faceted green luster glass and 1 6mm faceted gold plated glass rounds onto beading wire. String 1 crimp cover and 1 crimp bead. Pass the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp cover creating a small loop above crimp bead. Crimp tube and trim excess wires. Close crimp cover over crimp bead. Cut other end of beading wire from spool and repeat the crimp cover and crimp bead closure step.

Step 4 Repeat step 2 three more times. You will have 4 total strands of this same sequence.

Step 5 String 1 6mm faceted gold plated glass rounds and 1 9x14mm dyed jasper onto beading wire and repeat that sequence using at total of 26 9x14mm dyed jasper, and 27 6mm faceted gold plated glass rounds. String 1 crimp cover and 1 crimp bead. Pass the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp cover creating a small loop above crimp bead. Crimp tube and trim excess wires. Close crimp cover over crimp bead. Cut other end of beading wire from spool and repeat the crimp cover and crimp bead closure step.

Step 6 String 46 8mm faceted gold glass rounds onto beading wire. String 1 crimp cover and 1 crimp bead. Pass the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp cover creating a small loop above crimp bead. Crimp tube and trim excess wires. Close crimp cover over crimp bead. Cut other end of beading wire from spool and repeat the crimp cover and crimp bead closure step.

Step 7 String 57 6mm step faceted green luster glass onto beading wire. String 1 crimp cover and 1 crimp bead. Pass the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp cover creating a small loop above crimp bead. Crimp tube and trim excess wires. Close crimp cover over crimp bead. Cut other end of beading wire from spool and repeat the crimp cover and crimp bead closure step.

Step 8 String 32 10mm howlite dyed turquoise onto beading wire. String 1 crimp cover and 1 crimp bead. Pass the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp cover creating a small loop above crimp bead. Crimp tube and trim excess wires. Close crimp cover over crimp bead. Cut other end of beading wire from spool and repeat the crimp cover and crimp bead closure step.

Step 9 String 52 4mm howlite dyed turquoise rounds onto beading wire. String 1 crimp cover and 1 crimp bead. Pass the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp cover creating a small loop above crimp bead. Crimp tube and trim excess wires. Close crimp cover over crimp bead. Cut other end of beading wire from spool and repeat the crimp cover and crimp bead closure step.

Step 10 String 33 8mm faceted gold glass rounds onto beading wire. String 1 crimp cover and 1 crimp bead. Pass the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp cover creating a small loop above crimp bead. Crimp tube and trim excess wires. Close crimp cover over crimp bead. Cut other end of beading wire from spool and repeat the crimp cover and crimp bead closure step.

Step 11 Get beading tray and lay bead strands from steps 5-10 from bottom to top using tray grooves.

Step 12 Using the round nose pliers and the chain nose pliers, open 16 links of the Bead Landing brushed gold chain. Attach each individual link to the loops on the back of the 4 pieces of the 16x38 aqua flower metal slider.

Step 13 Lay 2 pieces of the 16x38 aqua flower metal slider above the bead strands on the beading tray.

Step 14 Hook the crimp cover from step 5 through the first chain link (from left to right) on the 16x38 aqua flower metal slider piece. Using the round nose pliers close crimp cover hook over chain link. Hook the crimp cover from the open end of the bead strand to the chain on the piece of 16x38 aqua flower metal slider on the right side of the beading tray. Using the round nose pliers close crimp cover hook over chain link.

Step 15 Repeat step 14 using the bead strand from step 6.

Step 16 Hook the crimp cover from step 9 through the first chain link (from left to right) on the 16x38 aqua flower metal slider piece. Using the round nose pliers close crimp cover hook over chain link. Hook the crimp cover from the open end of the bead strand to the chain on the piece of 16x38 aqua flower metal slider on the right side of the beading tray. Using the round nose pliers close crimp cover hook over chain link.

Step 17 Repeat step 16 using the bead strand from step 10.

Step 18 Hook the crimp cover from step 7 through the opening on the 16x38 aqua flower metal slider piece (from left to right). Using the round nose pliers close crimp cover hook over metal flower piece. Hook the crimp cover from the open end of the bead strand to the piece of the 16x38 aqua flower metal slider on the right side of the beading tray. Using the round nose pliers close crimp cover hook over metal slider piece.

Step 19 Repeat step 18 using the bead strand from step 8.

Step 20 Hook the crimp cover from 1 of the strands from step 3 to the first chain link (from left to right) on the 16x38 aqua flower metal slider piece. Using the round nose pliers close crimp cover hook over chain link.

Step 21 Hook the crimp cover from the second strand from step 3 to the second chain link (from left to right) on the 16x38 aqua flower metal slider piece. Using the round nose pliers close crimp cover hook over chain link.

Step 22 Repeat steps 20 and 21 to attach the 3rd and 4th bead strands to the 16x38 aqua flower metal slider piece on the right side of the necklace.

Step 23 Hook the crimp cover from 1 of the strands from step 1 to the first chain link (from left to right) on the 16x38 aqua flower metal slider piece on the right side of the necklace. Using the round nose pliers close crimp cover hook over chain link. The 3 sequential 6mm step faceted green luster glass beads should be toward the top.

Step 24 Hook the crimp cover from the second strand from step 1 to the second chain link (from left to right) on the 16x38 aqua flower metal slider piece on the right side of the necklace. Using the round nose pliers close crimp cover hook over chain link. The 3 sequential 6mm step faceted green luster glass beads should be toward the top.

Step 25 Repeat steps 23 and 24 to attach the 3rd and 4th bead strands to the 16x38 aqua flower metal slider piece on the right side of the necklace.

Step 26 Using the round nose pliers and the chain nose pliers, separate two separate strands of 14 and 17 links of the Bead Landing brushed gold chain.

Step 27 The strand of 14 links of the Bead Landing brushed gold chain will attach to the strands from step 24 by hooking the 2 crimp covers to the chain link. Open the ending link of the gold chain with the pliers and feed through the hook closure. Close link to secure.

Step 28 The strand of 17 links of the Bead Landing brushed gold chain will attach to the strands from step 25 by hooking the 2 crimp covers to the chain link.

Step 29 Hook the closure to one of the chain links and the design is complete. The chain is a great way to make the necklace adjustable.
