Project Instructions
Step: 1
Paint the ship’s wheel with two coats of Snow White.
Step: 2
Wash wheel with water-thinned Winter Blue to antique.
Step: 3
Paint the handles and center round Emperor’s Gold.
Step: 4
Paint starfish and handle turnings Deep Midnight Blue.
Step: 5
Shade the edge of wheel with Deep Midnight Blue.
Step: 6
Drybrush starfish with Emperor’s Gold.
Step: 7
Glue starfish to center of wheel.
