Project Instructions
Step 1 Paint wooden napkin rings silver. Let dry.
Step 2 Follow directions on silver leafing and adhesive. Step 3 Apply adhesive and then leafing. Let dry. Step 4 Use wire cutters to remove pin backs from brooches. Step 5 Glue brooch pieces to tops of napkin rings. Let dry.
