Project Instructions
Attach charms to ribbon and tie on candle jar.
Adhere rhinestone scrapbooking stickers to votives.
Glue wedding garland to jar top.
Glue scrapbooking stickers to jar lid.
Note: All candles shown are for craft purposes only. Read and follow all warning labels as instructed. Never burn candles more than 3 hours at a time. Do not have candle lit when adding embellishments. Anything placed on candle must be kept away from flame.
