Step: 1

Make about 30 points - Make half of the point with textured silver metallic 1 ½ inch ribbon. For the other half layer black 1 ½ inch ribbon with green ½ inch ribbon with silver edges down the center. Attach to backing in a double row - attaching the 15 with the green stripe spaced evenly around cardboard backing and adding the other 15 points in between.

Step: 2

Prepare flower and attach to the backing with the points.

Step: 3

Make a backing with basic double backing streamers in green and black - take 1 piece of each color of the 2 yard ribbons, lay one on top of the other and fold in ½ so that the right side of the ribbon still shows on both sides (the top will form a point). Then staple the point onto another cardboard backing circle in 2 rows of 5 double streamers, overlapping slightly.

Step: 4

Make a “Homecoming” loop streamer - take the 6 inch pieces of 1 ½ inch wide black ribbon, fold in ½ and staple to form loop. Staple loops on 1 yard piece of 1 ½ inch black ribbon starting at bottom and slightly overlapping to cover staples. Put 1 silver glitter sticker letter on each loop to spell “HOMECOMING 03.” Staple on mum in center front of streamers.

Step: 5

Add onto flower with hot glue
Green stuffed dragon
2 green and white yarn pom poms in dragon’s hands
2 green metallic pom pom picks
4 silver metallic pom pom picks
5 glitter silver 2 inch flat star picks

Step: 6

Hot glue or staple onto streamers
Black boa, cut in half and added to each side of the streamers
Metallic green and white “gum wrapper” braid
12 each assorted printed green and black streamers
6 each assorted silver and white streamers
4 each green, black and white ½ inch ribbons with silver edge
Green metallic rope
Silver interlocking chain

Step: 7

Hot glue or staple onto streamers
Silver metallic rope
White and silver braid
Black and green braid
White iridescent star garland
Silver curling ribbon
Green metallic curling ribbon

Step: 8

Hot glue or tie the following embellishments as shown
5-6 flat plastic baseballs on a green streamer
Green and white cheerleader, football player and “#1”
Several plastic stars in assorted sizes and colors - green, white and silver
Silver and white “Bad to the Bone”
White and green “Touchdown” star

Step: 9

Hot glue or tie the following embellishments as shown
White and green “We have spirit”
Several green “#1’s”
Several green metallic football helmets
Baseball keychain and a baseball bat keychain
Green tassel
Small round mirrors hot glued down a streamer

Step: 10

Make a black hanger loop with 6 inch of 1 ½ inch wide black ribbon. Fold it in ½ and staple it well to the top of the backing with the streamers.

Step: 11

Hot glue the backing with the streamers to the back of the backing with the points/flower. Then hot glue the 3rd backing circle on that to finish.
