Project Instructions
Step: 1
Bake and cool cookie. Use tip 3 and full-strength red color flow icing to outline lips; let set. Use tip 3 and thinned red color flow icing to fill in lips; let dry overnight.

Use tip 3 and full-strength red color flow icing to outline lips. Use tip 3 and full-strength rose color flow icing to print message.
Step: 3
Tint fondant light and dark pink. Roll dark pink log ½ in. wide x 1 ¼ in. long and cut top ½ in. on an angle.
Step: 4
Roll light pink into 5/8 in. wide x 1 ½ in. long rectangle. Attach top fondant lipstick piece to bottom case with damp brush.
Step: 5
Use paring knife to mark top edge of case.
