Project Instructions

Use a plastic knife to cut about 3" from the bottomof the disc. Cut this piece in half. You will use these pieces for the shoes.

Paint the shoes black, the disc and one of the balls Neon Sizzling Pink, and the second ball Electric Pink. Dip the round sponge pouncer into Neon Sizzling Pink, then press onto the "head" to paint the cheeks. Let dry, then add one adhesive jewel to each cheek to make her sparkle.

Cut two small black glitter foam triangles for noses and narrow strips for eyelashes and mouth. Referring to photograph, adhere pieces to each head as shown. Use adhesive dots to adhere the eyes to Roberta's head. Curl pink chenille around a dowel, pen, pencil or foam brush handle to create ringlets. Make six. Use a toothpick to make a hole in the top of the head first, then glue one end of each piece of the chenille into the hole. Glue a toothpick into the bottom of the head and the opposite end into the top of the dress.

Cut two 1" pieces of wire. Place one end of each piece of wire onto the sticky side of the silver foam sheet. Place a wiggle eye on top. Cut around the foam, then stick the opposite ends of each wire into the top of the "puppy's" head.

Wrap purple chenille around a toothpick, then stick one end of the toothpick into the body to create a "leg". You will need four.

Cut two 1/4" wide strips of silver glitter foam and adhere to the bottom of the dress. Embellish the area between with adhesive jewels.

Wrap green and purple chenille around each dowel. Glue one end into the base of the dress and the opposite end into the top of the shoe.

To make the arms, curl wire around a dowel, pen or pencil and then insert one end into the top of the dress at either side of the head.

Using the wire in the edge of the ribbon, carefully pull each end to gather the ribbon at one side. Place the gathered edge between the head and the dress and secure by twisting the ends of the wire together at the back.

Make a "U" shape with a 2" piece of wire. Attach to one end of the chain, then insert both ends of the wire into the head of the puppy. Loop the opposite end over the end of one of the arms.
