Project Instructions
Mask a ¾" band at the top of a large hurricane and a 3" wide rectangular band on a small hurricane with craft tape.
Apply Silver paint to masked area on small hurricane with dauber. Let dry. Apply a second coat then carefully remove tape and let dry.
Use craft knife to cut short, thin strips from half of the stencil blank. Peel strips from the blank, then cross them to create snowflake designs around center of large hurricane.
Trim strips as needed to create varying sizes of snowflakes.
Use dauber to apply Aqua paint around snowflakes, completely filling center of hurricane with paint. Let dry, then apply a second coat.
While paint is wet, carefully use tip of craft knife at edge of each strip to lift and remove tape.
Use liner brush to touch up any areas with paint as needed.
Use dauber to apply Silver paint to top border. Let dry.
