Project Instructions
- Cut four 1½-inch squares of felt. Glue the squares to the tote.
- Glue a snowflake to each felt square. Glue a button to the center of each snowflake.
- Cut two ½-inch x 5½-inch strips of felt. Glue a strip across the top front and top back of the tote.
