Step: 1

Create several snowflake patterns of various sizes. Photocopy snowflake patterns at 200% to enlarge.

Step: 2

Place snowflake patterns under leading blank.

Step: 3

Make several snowflakes in Snow White and Blue Diamond on Leading Blank - lightly squeeze Window Color bottle, trace pattern then fill with color. Make several random sized dots of color on Leading Blank. Let dry 24 hrs.

Step: 4

Clean cylinder with alcohol and paper towels.

Step: 5

Create borders at top and bottom with Redi-Lead.

Step: 6

Paint borders Blue Diamond and Amethyst as shown. Let dry.

Step: 7

Peel snowflakes and dots from Leading Blank then place on hurricane.

Step: 8

Painting directly hurricane, squiggle Crystal Clear around snowflakes and dots.

Step: 9

Let dry for 24 hours.
