Roll out cookie dough and use largest cutter from cutter set to cut cookie. Bake and cool.
Tint portion of royal icing, rose and portion of icing, red.
Use tip 3 and red icing to pipe icing about 3/8" wide around outside border of cookie. (Smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch.) Immediately sprinkle with red sugars.
Use tip 3 and rose icing to pipe icing about 3/8" wide inside the red-piped border. (Smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch.) Immediately sprinkle with pink sugars.
Use tip 3 and red icing to pipe center heart of cookie. (Smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch.) Immediately sprinkle with red sugars.
