Prepare cookie dough and roll out 1/8 in. thick. Cut using snowflake cutter. Bake and cool completely.
Prepare royal icing according to recipe,1 batch full strength icing and 1 batch thinned icing. Use tip 3 and full-strength icing to outline cookie.
Use tip 2 and thinned icing to fill in cookie. Let set overnight.
Use tip 2 and full-strength icing to attach white Sugar Pearls to cookie. Let set.
