- Needle Nose Pliers
- Hot Glue Sticks

Project Instructions
Step: 1
Cut paw garland to desired length and hot glue the ends together, making a necklace, making sure the opening is big enough to take on and off of your head.
Step: 2
Use pliers to open up the jump ring and attach one on to each charm and cowbell.
Step: 3
Use pliers again to close the jump ring onto the necklace.
Step: 4
Hot glue pieces of the silver football player garland to embellish the necklace.
