- Dowel Rod, 36-inch x 5/16-inch
- Craft Paint, White
- Mum, 3-inch 5-layer, White, 1
- Metallic Curling Ribbon, Green, 24-inch pieces, 4
- Mini Star Garland, Green, 12-inch pieces, 4
- Homecoming Charms and Garlands, 4-6, Assorted
- Foamies Alphabet Sickers, Assorted

- Hot Glue Gun
- Hot Glue Sticks
- Scissors

Project Instructions
Step: 1
Paint dowel rod white. Let dry.
Step: 2
Spell out desired phrase or name with stickers.
Step: 3
Use hot glue gun to attach mum and charms to flag.
Step: 4
Attach flag to dowel rod with hot glue.
Step: 5
Curl the curling ribbon pieces with your scissors and tie on to dowel rod.
Step: 6
Wrap pieces of mini star garland around dowel rod and curl by wrapping them around a pencil.
