Project Instructions
Step 1 Cut lines across front layer of red T-shirt, keeping 2" of fabric between lines.
Step 2 Layer red T-shirt over black T-shirt.
Step 3 Wear black cape over T-shirts with hood up.
Step 4 Add face paint as desired.
