Project Instructions
- Use white triangle foam pieces and glue to bottom edge of pennant.
- Personalize with stickers and letters as desired.
- Cut large pennant out of the red foam. Cut small triangles out of the white foam.
Tips
A foam frame will also make a great surface for a project. Just remove backing paper from the foam pieces and place on the surface.
