Project Instructions
Step: 1
Bake and cool cupcakes in white baking cups.
Step: 2
Ice tops of cupcakes with spatula and buttercream icing.
Step: 3
Sprinkle tops of cupcakes with confetti sprinkle decorations.
Step: 4
Place wrap around each cupcake and top with picks and icing decorations.
