Step: 1

Use one 12-inch x 12-inch sheet of blue cardstock as layout base. Cut one 9-inch x 11½-inch block of blue patterned paper. Adhere to layout base as shown. Zigzag stitch around edge.

Open Cricut DesignStudio to a 12-inch x 12-inch virtual mat. Using A Child’s Year cartridge, select Card feature and Shift. Select one <Dog1-s> and size to 8-inch x 10-inch. Cut page from lavender patterned paper. Adhere to layout as shown.

Step: 3

Cut one 7-inch x 5-inch block of white cardstock. Cut one 2-inch x 4-inch block of white cardstock. Cut two 2¼-inch x 3½-inch blocks of white cardstock. Adhere to lavender patterned paper as shown.

Step: 4

Add another page to project. Select Tag feature. Select one <Garden2> and size to 4.283-inches x 2.127-inches. Select Icon feature. Select one <4thJuly1> and size to 8.307-inches x 4.71-inches. Copy, paste, and resize to 6.404-inches x 3.631-inches and 5.219-inches x 2.959-inches. Draw page on beige cardstock using brown marker. Cut page. Adhere pinwheel bases to layout as shown.

Step: 5

Add another page to the project. Select Tag feature and Shift. Select one <4July1-s> and size to 3.531-inches x 3.505-inches. Copy, paste, and resize to 3.07-inches x 3.048-inches and 2.832-inches x 2.811-inches. Draw page onto striped patterned paper using brown marker. Cut page. Attach layers pinwheel bases using brads.

Step: 6

Add another page to project. Select Tag feature and Shift. Select one <Gardn2-s> and size to 4.91-inches x 2.518-inches. Cut page from brown cardstock. Layer tags using foam tape. Adhere to layout as shown.

Step: 7

Add another page to project. Select Icon feature. Select one <Garden1> and size to 3.451-inches x 3.549-inches. Draw page onto polka dot patterned paper. Cut page.

Step: 8

Add another page to project. Select Icon feature. Select one <Garden1> and size to 1.762-inches x 1.812-inches. Copy and paste flower. Copy, paste, and resize flower to 2.412-inches x 2.481-inches. Draw page onto paisley patterned paper. Cut page. Arrange flowers and attach to layout as shown using brads.

Step: 9

Using Lyrical Letters cartridge, select Jack Sprat feature. Select letters to spell Spring and size to 1.75-inches high. Cut page from blue cardstock. Adhere title to tag as shown.
