Making clouds with pigment ink and a dauber is fun and easy. Just make circular motions with the tip, then layer more ink and always smudge and blend away the hard edges to give a soft ethereal effect. Dry clouds with a heat tool, then tap area with an anti-static pouch to prevent embossing powders from sticking to clouds.
