Project Instructions
Step: 1
Prepare and roll out dough. Cut cookies using star cutter; bake and cool.

Step: 2
For Blue Cookie: Tint a portion of white fondant with blue icing color.
Roll out blue 1/8-inch thick. Cut out star shape using cutter. Attach to cookie using piping gel.
With Royal Icing, use pipe tip No. 14 to make lines from center of cookie to each star point. For flower centers, cut flower using star flower cutter from Cutter/Ejector set. Attach with icing.

Step: 3
For Violet Cookies: Tint a portion of white fondant using violet icing color with a little rose. Roll out fondant 1/8-inch thick. Cut violet fondant star using cutter; attach to cookie with piping gel.
Cut 2 white birds using bird cutter from ejector set; attach with damp brush. With Royal Icing, use pipe tip No. 2 to make bead border.

Step: 4
For Pink Cookie: Cut pink fondant star using cutter; attach to cookie with piping gel. Roll out white fondant 1/8-inch thick; cut out flower shapes using star flower cutter from Cutter/Ejector set. Attach with damp brush. For flower centers, roll 1/8-inch pink balls; attach with damp brush.

Step: 5
For Yellow Cookie: Cut yellow fondant star using cutter; attach to cookie with piping gel. With Royal Icing, use pipe tip No. 1 to make dots and initials.

Step: 6
For Green Cookies: Cut green fondant star using cutter; attach to cookie with piping gel. Cut white square using smallest Cut-Out; attach to center of cookie with damp brush. Cut green flower using ejector set; attach to fondant square with damp brush. For flower center, roll 1/8-inch white fondant ball; attach with damp brush.
