Preheat your oven according to the package instructions or according to your recipe. Line two baking sheets with silicone liners or mist them lightly with cooking spray and set aside. If you're using the Star Pops Cookie Pan, mist the cavities lightly with cooking spray as well.
Roll out the cookie dough onto a flat workspace lightly dusted with flour. Dough should be about ¼"-1/3" thick. Cut the dough with a star cutter and place the stars onto the cookie sheets. Very gently, push a lollipop stick through the bottom of a star pop. Conversely, if you're using the star pan, press your prepared cookie dough evenly into the prepared star pan; slip a lollipop stick through the bottom of the star cavity.
Bake the cookies for approximately 8 minutes, rotating pans halfway through baking time to ensure even baking. If using the star pan, cookies may take about 10 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool on/in the pan for about 10 minutes before gently transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
Prepare the cookie icing according to package directions. Pipe the icing onto the cooled cookies; sprinkle the wet tops with the Pop Rocks, Batter Bits™ and edible star confetti. Repeat, decorating all the pops. Then eat!
