- Decorative Paper of choice
- Poster Board
- Pop Dots®
- Red Tinsel Ribbon
- Party Stickers
- Multi Colored Boa
- Tacky Tape
- Glue Gun & Glue Sticks (for adult use only)
- Scissors
Project Instructions
Step: 1
Trace pattern onto poster board and decorative paper and cut out. Secure paper to poster board with tacky tape.
Step: 2
Shape patterned poster board into hat; secure with tacky tape and glue.
Step: 3
Cut decorative paper to form banner. Glue tinsel ribbon around banner. Secure banner to hat with pop dots.
Step: 4
Embellish hat with party stickers.
Step: 5
Glue boa around bottom of hat. Glue a puff of boa and some tinsel ribbon to top of hat as shown.
Tips
Use photo as a guide and follow manufacturer’s instructions for all products used.
For extra strength, double stick tape poster board to back of hat pattern - this makes the hats more durable.
