Project Instructions
Paint all small edges of the tray (including inside of the handles) with your gold craft paint. Set aside to dry.
While the paint is drying, cut out 31 tags from assorted prints from the stack. Lay these out in desired order in front of you. Punch out 31 circles with your 1" circle punch, all from a white and cream-based print. Ink around the edges of each circle and adhere one to each of your assorted tags.
Beginning with the first tag and continuing until the last, add a rub-on number from 1 to 31 on each tag in the center of each circle. Punch a 1/8" hole in the top of the first 18 tags and a ¼" hole in the remaining 13. Thread the last 13 tags onto your binder ring. Set these aside.
Decoupage your desired print to all sides of the tray except for the center inside section (front and back included). Allow everything to dry completely. Cover the remaining surface (center inside section of the tray) with a piece of the corkboard sheet cut to size; adhere firmly in place.
Rub on the words “Everyday Celebration” to the top center area of the corkboard section. Attach a section of both pieces of ribbon to the back of the board, just above this area, to hang as desired.
Add your first 18 tags to the middle of the board one by one by sticking a brad through the hole and attaching them in place. Attach the binder ring and additional tags to the handle on the right side of the tray. Attach a section of both ribbons around the ring, finishing it off in a knot.
