Step: 1

Cover poster board with plastic wrap. Set aside.

Step: 2

Create a form for the ghost shape by using a 2-inch dowel to attach 3-inch foam ball to the 15-inch foam cone. Cut wire to 18-inch length, then push through cone and bend wire into desired position for arms. Cover entire figure, including wire arms, with plastic wrap. Cut cheesecloth into three 1-yard lengths.

Step: 3

Pour Stiffy® into bowl and saturate cheesecloth. Gently squeeze out excess over bowl (do not wring).

Step: 4

Drape cheesecloth over figure, one layer at a time. Arrange folds as desired and let dry 48-72 hours. Remove from wire and foam form.

Step: 5

Cut two oval eyes from black craft foam. Use hot glue to attach eyes and Halloween embellishment(s) to the ghost.
