Dye the dominoes using the alcohol inks.
Stamp a design onto the dominoes with the cling stamp and StazOn® ink pad.
Cut a strip of scrapbook paper that measures the length of the domino and eight times the width of the domino.
Accordion fold the paper to fit inside the domino.
Spread a small amount of glue onto the patterned side of each domino. Attach the ends of the paper to each of the dominoes.
Feed a piece of wire down through the holes in one domino and up through the holes in the other. Feed a second piece of wire through the other holes in the same manner.
For one side of the book, form a wrapped loop to make a locking mechanism for the book. Curl the other ends of the wire with round nose pliers to keep the wires from falling out.
Feed one decorative head pin down through the front hole at the top of the book, and form a wrapped loop at the bottom. Feed a second decorative head pin up through the hole in the bottom of the domino and make a wrapped loop at the top. Trim with wire cutters as needed.
Attach three varied short chain lengths to the bottom wrapped loop approximately 1-2" each. Embellish the chain with additional charms with jump rings as desired.
Take two lengths of chain and an equal length of suede cording and weave them in and out of the lengths to mingle the chain together.
Secure the ends together by wrapping the wire tightly around the chain and cording. Feed the wire up through a bead cone and form a wrapped loop. Repeat this step for the opposite end of the chain lengths.
Attach a jump ring to each wrapped loop and place one element of the toggle onto each jump ring.
