Project Instructions

Cut three pieces of black leather cording to equal length (approx. 12 inches).

Braid approximately 1” of leather cording and use tapered flat-nose pliers to secure end with a gold closure.

Braid remainder of leather cording to desired length (the length that wraps 1x around wrist).

Use tapered flat-nose pliers to secure other end of braided leather cording with a gold closure.

Repeat steps with another three strands of leather, so that you have two braided pieces of equal length, each with a gold closure on each end.

Cut a length of gold chain to the same length as the two braided leather ropes.

Use round-nose pliers to open a gold jump ring.

Thread one end of each of your braided leather ropes and your gold chain onto the jump ring, with the gold chain in the middle.

Repeat with a second jump ring on the other side.

Affix one side of a toggle closure to one side of the bracelet.

Affix the other side of the toggle closure to the other side of the bracelet.

Use the round-nose pliers to close the jump rings.

Done!
