- Rubbing Alcohol
- Craft Knife
Wash glass cube in warm soapy water; rinse well and allow to dry. Wipe with a paper towel moistened with rubbing alcohol to remove any oil or residue. Allow to dry.
Measure and mark random widths around glass cube and tape with patterning tape.
Load pouncer by dabbing in Camellia Pink. Paint several bands of color by dabbing straight up and down between taped sections. Repeat with Marmalade in remaining taped bands. Allow to dry.
Choose several bands to glitter. Paint two to three layers of Candy Apple glitter paint over Camellia Pink. Repeat, painting Orange Sorbet glitter paint over Marmalade.
Carefully remove patterning tape and allow to dry. Scrape away excess paint residue on vase with a craft knife, if necessary.
Vase will be cured in 21 days.
TipsCreate a coordinating vase with vertical stripes.
If glitter paint was not used, vase can be bake cured as follows:
Set dry painted item in cool oven. Set temperature to 350°F and bake for 30 minutes. Allow vase and oven to cool completely before removing vase.
