- Loops and Threads® Impeccable™ Yarn – True Grey (Main Color), Rouge (Contrast A), Fern (Contrast B) and Clear Blue (Contrast C)
- Knitting Needle, US 10 (6mm) – Circular or size to obtain gauge
Project Instructions
Gauge
16 sts and 22 rows = 4" (10cm) in stocking st.
Note: Scarf is worked lengthwise.
With MC, cast on 240 sts. Do not join. Working back and forth across needle, knit 3 rows, noting first row is WS.
Proceed as follows:
1st row: (RS). With MC, knit.
2nd row: With MC, purl.
3rd and 4th rows: With A, knit.
5th row: With MC, knit.
6th row: With MC, purl.
7th and 8th rows: With B, knit.
9th row: With MC, knit.
10th row: With MC, purl.
11th and 12th rows: With C, knit.
Rep last 12 rows twice more.
Next row: (RS). With MC, knit.
Next row: With MC, purl.
Knit 3 rows.
Cast off knit-wise (WS).
Fringe
Cut lengths of yarn 20" (51cm) long. Holding 3 strands tog, knot into fringe at ends of Scarf, matching color stripes. Trim fringe evenly.
