Project Instructions

Measure your wrist to determine the length of your bracelet.

Cut a 30" strand from each of the Bead Landing™ suede colors - Light Blue, Aqua and Kiwi.

Fold each 30" length of suede in half. Keeping the like colors together, tie an overhand knot at the folded end of the lacing forming a loop approximately 3/4". Place the loop on a nail or clipboard to secure while braiding.

Separate the strands so that both kiwi strands are to the right, aqua strands in the middle and light blue strands are on the left, brushed side up. Holding both kiwi strands parallel to each other, cross over the aqua strands. Holding the two light blue strands parallel cross them over the center strands. Continue right over center, left over center pulling taut as you continue. Take care to keep the brushed side of all of the suede strands facing up and do not let the strands twist.

Braid to the desired length. The braid from knot to knot should measure your wrist size. Finish the braid by making an overhand knot of all six strands trying to keep like colors together.

Pretty as is or may be dressed up with the addition of beads.
