Project Instructions
Step 1 Pour Beacon Glitter It® inside block as directed on package and return excess to the bottle. Pour in glitter and shake out excess. Return to container for future use.
Step 2 Cut tissue paper to fit the front and back squares on the outside of the block. Adhere to block using Mod Podge® according to package directions. Brush a coat of Mod Podge® on top of tissue and sprinkle with Crystal coarse glitter. Shake off excess glitter and return to container. Allow to dry and repeat on other side.
Step 3 Use adhesive tape around the two grooves that are around the block to attach ribbon.
