- Scrapbook Paper – Design/Color of Choice
- Foam Brush
- X-ACTO® Knife
- Scissors
Project Instructions
Step 1 Paint inner and outside edges with Spring Pasture.
Step 2 Mod Podge® scrapbook paper to frame, allow to dry. Trim edges and inner opening with a X-ACTO® knife.
Step 3 Paint Mod Podge® over entire surface and sprinkle with Martha Stewart Crafts™ Coarse Glitter.
Step 4 Tie a bow and hot glue to center of frame.
