- Recollections™ Bling on a Roll- Joyful Lands
- Scissors
- Plaid® Spouncer™
- Foam Brush
Project Instructions
Use Spouncer™ to coat the outside of votive with green paint. Let dry.
Add coat of Mod Podge® over paint and sprinkle with clear glitter. Let dry.
Remove backing from Bling on a Roll and add to center of votive.
